At Kashvi Beauty, we want you to love every product you receive. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 7-day refund policy from the date of delivery.

Eligibility for Refund

• Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
• Refund requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
• Proof of purchase (order ID or invoice) is required.

Non-Refundable Items

• Opened or used products (unless defective/damaged).
• Products purchased during sale or with discount codes.
• Gift cards and digital products.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
